These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agileblast.com (the "Site") and any webinars, consultations, courses, or content offered by Agileblast LLC ("Agileblast," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or registering for a webinar or consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By accessing the Site, submitting the registration form, or signing in with Google or Facebook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Agileblast provides financial education and coaching content covering topics such as retirement planning, estate planning, kids' education funding, and real estate investing, delivered through free webinars, 1:1 discovery calls, and online resources.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for a webinar, consultation, or use the Site's sign-in features. Some content (e.g. Kids Education strategies) is intended to help parents and guardians plan on behalf of a minor — it is not intended to be accessed or used directly by minors themselves.
Everything on the Site — including webinars, calculators (such as the rental income and flip calculators), and coaching sessions — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making any financial decision. Past results discussed in reviews or testimonials are not a guarantee of future performance.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, calculators, course materials, and the Agileblast name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Agileblast and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar (via Google Apps Script), and Google Analytics. Your use of those sign-in options is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Facebook's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculators and projections (e.g. rental income, flip profit estimates) are illustrative only and rely on assumptions you provide — actual results will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agileblast LLC and its coaches, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site, webinars, or any decisions made based on the educational content provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any scheduled webinar/consultation at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Agileblast LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
