Agileblast LLC ("Agileblast," "we," "us," or "our") provides financial education, coaching, and webinars, including retirement planning, estate planning, kids' education funding, and real estate investing content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through agileblast.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information you give us directly

• Name, email address, and phone number when you register for a webinar or consultation.
• The topics you're interested in, your preferred call date/time, and any notes you add on the registration form.
• Any information you send us by email or phone.

b. Information from Google or Facebook Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook to speed up registration (see Section 2), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider — never your password.

c. Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics (gtag.js).
• Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamps, browser type).

2. Google & Facebook Sign-In

Our registration page offers "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Facebook" buttons as an optional, faster alternative to filling in the form by hand.

• When you use one of these buttons, the provider (Google or Facebook) asks you to confirm the sign-in and then shares your name, email, and profile picture with our Site — we never see or store your Google or Facebook password.
• We use this information solely to pre-fill the registration form and to verify you're a real person (which lets us skip the manual "not a robot" check for that submission).
• We record which provider you used (Google, Facebook, or manual entry) alongside your registration, purely to understand how people sign up.
• We also save a small amount of this information in your browser's local storage (not on our servers) so the Site can recognize you as a returning visitor in the future. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data, or by clicking "not you?" next to the sign-in confirmation on the form.
• We do not post to your Google or Facebook account, and we do not access your contacts, photos, or other account data beyond basic profile information (name, email, picture).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm your webinar or consultation registration and send calendar invites.
• Send you confirmation emails and, where relevant, follow-up communications about our programs.
• Improve the Site and understand which pages and offers are useful to visitors.
• Respond to questions you send us directly.
• Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements where applicable.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and registration process, such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail via Google Apps Script) for storing registrations and sending confirmations/invites.
• Google and Facebook, only to the extent needed to complete the sign-in you initiate.
• Legal or safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Agileblast or others.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via gtag.js) to understand overall Site traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymized/aggregated usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on Google's infrastructure for storage of registration data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing agileblast@gmail.com.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
• You can revoke Agileblast's access to your Google or Facebook account at any time via your Google Account permissions or Facebook Business Integrations settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

While some of our content (such as our Kids Education programs) is designed for parents planning on behalf of their children, the Site itself is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
